The Waverley motorcycle was manufactured in the USA by the Waverley Manufacturing Coy in Jefferson Wis. It employed a distinctive leaf spring frame and fork arrangement with unique fenders. The steel fenders are tapered over their full length. Starting with this Deep C Section blank , our client opted to trim the sides to give the tapered look to the fender.
