Harley 1921-23 Front #36-1
/ Vintage Steel/ Michael RockHarley Davidson 1921-23 Front Fender
This fender suits US domestic 1921-23 Harleys and export models up to early 1925. Although Harley announced ‘new for 1924’ wider forks which didn’t require the pressing in the sides of the front fenders, it is likely that leftover stock of narrow forks was used up on export models. This is a faithful copy of an Australian delivery, early 1925 model, 1000cc Harley Davidson motorcycle front fender with full length bolt-up valances. There are subtle differences between years so please specify the exact details as you know them for yours. The finished width of the fender is 5.4” or 137mm. The version with flat sides (no pressings) for wide forks is also available (#36HARFF-3) as is the earlier version with half valance (#36HARFF-2) see links below.
Brace Kits now available (AU$300) Round edge flat bar shaped to fit into your fender blade with lower ends left straight over-length and undrilled to allow accurate fitting on the bike. The lower laser cut brackets are also included as well as all rivets needed.
