BSA Gold Star Front #30-7

Here is a copy of the 1938/39 BSA Gold Star 500cc motorcycle front mudguard / fender.  This is a D section guard with the BSA centre rib and duckbilled nose.  It has roll swaged valancing on both sides and a sweep-around spot welded skirt.  Pressings in the rib for mounting points and in the guard sides for fork clearance finish this mudguard. Reinforcing plates are spot welded inside for the stand bolt at the tail and fork mushroom mount in the centre.
