/Rear mudguard for AJS motor bikes by Vintage Steel
Using a standard 6” wide AJS profile, we made this two-piece hinged rear mudguard to customers specifications for a 1936 Model 2 V-Twin. This finished mudguard / fender has a chain clearance pressing at the nose end and a cut shaped tail. The join is held together with a custom made copy of the AJS hinge which also picks up on the centre rivet for the mounting bracket.
