AJS/Matchless Front Mudguards for 1955-58 models

The valanced C section front mudguard for AJS and Matchless machines suited Twins and Singles from 1955 until the deep drawn guards of 1958/59 were introduced. This guard has a centre rib which is hand blended with the raised rolled nose and then pressed with number plate mount buttons. Valances are then added before inserting a complex pressed horseshoe centre bracket and two heavy shaped reinforcing pieces all spot welded in place. We hand make them all here to order so if there is anything you want different to the sample, just ask.
