Indian Nose Tips #15 #16

Reproduction Indian Powerplus & Hedstrom motorcycle front fender nose tip by Vintage Steel

Indian front fenders from 1912 to 1923 with leaf spring front suspension used a two piece guard with this separate nose tip.  In 1912 and 1913 the singles, little twins and big twins shared the same 3.5” wide nose piece which looked odd on the 1913 Big Twin with its new wider 4.4” fender main blade. This changed for 1914 when a wider nose tip was used with the wider fender. They both come with the Indian raised rolled nose and leaf spring cut-out with pressed raised lip edges. This finished mudguard /fender piece is either our #15 at 3.5” (89mm) wide or our #16 at 4.4” (110mm) wide and has a riveted bracket inside for mounting rod stays. Since these early pictures, we have refined the bracket shape and now have correct laser cut tapered end brackets.

Price as pictured (nose tip only) AU$430  #15INDNF-1 or #16INDNF-1
