Reproduction Douglas Front Mudguard / Fender by Vintage Steel

Here is a copy of the C section front mudguard of the Vintage TS Douglas. This is the 108mm wide by 38mm deep, C section. Some models used a shallower 106mm x 28mm C section which is also available. It has the distinctive full length pressed stiffening strip riveted inside. This guard has rolled edges, cut ends and three riveted brackets. Some models had the top bracket on the inside of the guard, some on the outside, please specify. This guard is for the un-valanced models .
