/Ariel Rear Mudguard for 1950 Plunger Framed Square Four by Vintage Steel
This deep D section is 6” wide and over 2” deep and with different centre ribs was used by Ariel, BSA, Levis and Triumph. It has a riveted hinge join with step-down overlap and There are also multiple rib pressings and a chain relief cut-out with pressing. The raised shaped and folded tail end is of a typical Ariel pattern. Many other versions including valanced ones are also available.
Note: The shaping of the moustache-like tail end is done by hand and will vary from one sample to another.
