Humber 1914 Rear #10-1
/ Michael RockHumber is often credited with building the first real motorcycle in Britain in 1896. By the early teen years the motorcycles had developed into fairly reliable transport. This rear mudguard is made to drawings, measurements, pictures and most of a sample of a 1914 model supplied by our client. The client in this case has elected to leave this mudguard as one piece for now to finish himself. He also didn’t want the rust holes reproduced so we left it lightly oiled. The 4” wide panama hat style profile is supplemented by a pressed and rolled tail end and a roll swaged drive side valance with spot welded and soldered belt rim cover.
Price with 2-piece join is AU$924 #10HUMRF-1
Price as pictured (left as one piece) is AU$780
