Excelsior Big X 1920-21 Rear #53-3
/Reproduction Excelsior rear fender or mudguard by Vintage Steel
This American Excelsior Big X rear fender is made to owners measurements and correlating checks on a bike seen at the 2020 Mecum Auction in Vegas.. This finished mudguard / fender is approx 182mm wide. There are pressings each side at the nose end for frame and chain clearance.. These are very deep pressings for the overlap period with the narrow frame casting before the Henderson period.
