/Front mudguard for AJS & Matchless by Vintage Steel
AJS & Matchless front mudguard for the 1950-56 range of bikes. This finished mudguard / fender is approx 127mm wide with pressings for front tele-fork clearance. It also has a central rib, a raised rolled nose, number plate mount pressings, a spot welded reinforcing plate in the tail for the front stand clip, and a heavy scalloped centre mounting bracket riveted between the forks. Two versions are available, the pics with blue backdrop have the blunt nose, the orange backdrop pics have the longer nose like the last picture of the 1954 Twin.
