BSA 1938 Empire Star Rear #48-2

Here is a copy of the 1938 BSA Empire Star 500cc motorcycle rear mudguard / fender.   This is a deep D section guard with the BSA centre rib which stops short in the tail piece.  It is a 2-piece guard with a step down overlap join and raised round bolt mounts.  There is a slight ducktail and the nose end has pressings on both sides for frame and chainguard clearance. Riveted brackets and centre reinforcing plate are also available.
