Triumph 6" Rear 1937-47 #48-2
/ Michael RockTriumph Rear mudguard / fender by Vintage Steel
The new Edward Turner designs for Triumph brought in slimmer looking motorcycles for 1937. A major feature change was the mudguard style with a new 7/8” centre rib. These 6” wide guards were an option for most models in 1937 and by 1939 they had become standard on the rear. This two piece guard with a step down slip join also has a chainguard clearance pressing in the drive side and a duck-tailed rear end. Valanced versions are also available.
