Triumph 1937-47 Rear 6" #48-2
/ Michael RockTriumph Rear mudguard / fender by Vintage Steel
The new Edward Turner designs for Triumph brought in slimmer looking motorcycles for 1937. A major feature change was the mudguard style with a new 7/8” centre rib. These 6” wide guards were an option for most models in 1937 and by 1939 they had become standard on the rear of many. This two piece guard with a step down slip join also has a chainguard clearance pressing in the drive side and a duck-tailed rear end. Valanced versions are also available.
